For best results we recommend:
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF)
PNG or JPG
Clear colour references if possible.

Is there a setup or plate charge?

Yes. A £45 plate setup fee applies to new artwork orders.
This is a one-time charge per design.
If you reorder the same design later, you won’t pay the plate charge again.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes.
We will send you a digital artwork proof for approval before your tape goes into production.
Production only begins once the proof is approved.

How long does production take?

Typical production time is 12-14 days after artwork approval.
We can offer an expedite service of 5-6 working days on request.

Can I reorder the same tape design later?

Yes.
We keep your artwork and plate on file, so repeat orders are quick and easy and no plate charge applies.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 
2. Add a new question & answer 
3. Assign your FAQ to a category 
4. Save and publish.

You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 
4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

Accepted Answer

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor.  
To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
